PPE is personal protective equipment - this is your standard steel toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses or any other requirements as requested by the Site Superintendent.

WIA is not responsible for providing PPE for attendees - if you do not bring it then we reserve the right to prohibit entry to site and no refunds will be issued.

Children are welcome at our events; however, many are geared toward professionals and may include presentations, alcohol service, or environments that are not ideal for young children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, and we may ask you to step out briefly if disruptions occur during a presentation.

Pets are generally not permitted unless specifically noted for an event. Service dogs are always welcome.
