Currently under construction, Vancouver House will be the fourth-tallest tower in Vancouver once completed. The site spreads through the cloverleaf at the north end of the Granville Street bridge and includes low-rise, market-style mixed-use buildings as well as extensive new public art installations. In total, the development offers approximately 500 dwellings, both market rental and condos, and over 150 000 square feet of retail and office space.
The site tour of Vancouver House during construction is an opportunity to see some of the unique, one-off, suites and to take a closer look at the complex structural design required to achieve the twisting form with an asymmetrical, expanding floorplate.
