For the second event of the Architects of Change Design Series, we bring together a diverse group of engineers for an insightful and empowering online panel discussion to share their experiences, challenges, and successes in the male-dominated field of engineering. This event will feature a panel of engineers from various disciplines, each sharing their personal journey, insights, and advice on navigating a male-majority industry as women.

Each panelist will present on a topic of their choice, touching on key themes such as overcoming obstacles, career progression and distinguishing oneself as a peer and equal, and the unique perspectives that women bring to engineering and women led teams or projects. Whether you’re an architect or related professional at any stage in your career, this event will offer valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges women face in the engineering field.

The panel discussion aims to provide participants with:

• An understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges for women in engineering.
• Practical strategies for overcoming common barriers in the profession.
• Valuable lessons learned from engineers working on specific projects, highlighting both challenges and triumphs.

After the presentations, there will be a Q&A session where attendees can engage with the panelists, ask questions, and discuss the issues presented.
