She is a member of the West Vancouver Design Panel, WoodWorks Steering Committee and Canadian Wood Council Board.
Together, Jennifer and Shelley formed Urban Arts Architecture in 2006, an award-winning architecture and urban design firm specializing in community-based projects including Advanced Education facilities, Cultural Centres, Multi-use Facilities, Libraries, Museums, and First Nations projects.
